We spent three nights here. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the friendly staff and efficient service. Rachel on reception desk made us feel very welcome, and all the staff looked after us very well. So impressed that our room was cleaned and made up while we had breakfast - very impressive! This hotel is in a great location - quietish street but just a 10 minute walk from the docks, cavern area etc. Stylish hotel, funky decor but not faddy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Stopped here for my wifes Birthday. Good location close to amenities, ate in the Marco Pierre White restaurant which was pretty good. Breakfast was of good quality and the room was of ok size especially for a standard room - I was unable to book a superior room as none were available. We would stop here again - remember if you are parking to get your ticket authorised at reception before you leave to get your discount £8 per 24 hours.

Good rooms, the hotel comes with free wifi, the service from staff is outstanding, would definetly return here.
